In order to protect your health and the health of our valued customers because of the special storage requirement of Bochery products, Bochery Saudi Arabia does not allow replacement of any products even if they are in their original state and are not used except if they have a manufacturing defect.

For any replacement, the price of the new product (replaced) must be at the same price as the returned product or more.
The customer needs to send the product to Bochery Saudi Arabia through the nearest branch of the accredited shipping company to Bochery Saudi Arabia and bear the shipping cost specified by the shipping company depending on the product specifications.
The customer also bears the cost of shipping the new product (replacement) from Bochery Saudi Arabia to our valued customer determined by the shipping company.
If the customer wishes to pay for the delivery of the replacement product, he or she will incur a fee of SAR 12.
The cost of the new product (replaced) will be deducted from the original returned product cost according to the customer"s invoice.
If the customer wishes to refund the cost of the product paid in cash by one of the approved payment methods, the customer will be granted purchase vouchers at the same cost as the original product after deducting the shipping cost.
Shipping fees, as well as payment on delivery fees of the original order, are not refunded.
Customer service must be contacted within the 3-days replacement period from the date of receipt of the shipment.
